At Odin Music Academy, we aim to provide the best music education services. However, if you find yourself in a situation where you need to request a refund, please take note of the following guidelines:

1.1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our music lessons and are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your first lesson, you may request a 100% refund within the first 30 days.
1.2. Refunds Beyond the First Lesson: After the initial 30 days of your subscription or purchase, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
a) Unused Lessons: If you have purchased a lesson package and have not used all of the lessons, we offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
b) Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation, or other unforeseen events), we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
c) Unsatisfactory Service: If you believe our services do not meet your expectations or have not been provided as promised, please contact us within 30 days of the lesson in question, and we will investigate the issue to determine eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
2.1. Monthly Subscriptions: If you have a monthly subscription with Odin Music Academy and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent any further charges.

2.2. Lesson Packages: For lesson packages, the cancellation policy depends on the type of package you have purchased:
a) Single Lesson: You may cancel a single lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.
b) Multi-Lesson Package: You may cancel a lesson package up to 7 days before the scheduled start date, and you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be subject to a pro-rata refund based on the lessons not taken.
